Mindfulness-based therapy combines the practice of being present with evidence-based techniques to support healing and growth. By cultivating awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and body in the present moment, we can uncover patterns that might be contributing to stress, anxiety, or disconnection.

In our work, I’ll guide you in integrating mindfulness into your daily life—not just as a practice, but as a tool for navigating challenges with clarity and calm. Whether it’s through guided exercises, meditation, or weaving mindfulness into relational and emotional work, we’ll create space for greater self-understanding and resilience.

With my certification in mindfulness training from the Center for Greater Good at Berkeley, I bring both a scientific and relational approach to this work. Together, we’ll explore how mindfulness can help you break through old patterns, manage difficult emotions, and find more ease in your life.
