MICHAELA FLEMING, MFT

Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways. I tailor our work to meet your specific needs and goals, blending techniques like mindfulness, emotionally focused work, psychodynamic approaches, and EMDR.

Our work together begins with an intentional process. In our first session, we’ll explore what’s most pressing for you and get a sense of how we might work together. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll commit to three more sessions to dive deeper into your story and uncover patterns or blocks. By the end of those initial sessions, I’ll offer a clear perspective on where therapy could go, potential goals, and how we can continue working toward meaningful change. If it turns out that we’re not the right fit, I’ll work with you to find a therapist who might be better suited to your needs.

Whether you’re looking for short-term support or long-term exploration, I approach therapy with curiosity, flexibility, and care. Together, we’ll identify what’s most important to you and find ways to move toward a life that feels more connected, intentional, and true to who you are.
